Getting here from Dallas

We're at 3001 Dallas Pkwy, Ste 260, Plano, TX 75093 — inside Doctors of Internal Medicine, second floor, west entrance.

From most of North Dallas it's a straight run up the Tollway. Preston Hollow, Park Cities and Addison are the shortest trips; from further south, allow more time in the evening rush. Whatever it says on your phone, the drive is usually calmer than it looks, because you're going against the worst of the traffic for most of the day.

Parking is free and at surface level — no garage, no validation, no circling a block. Take the west entrance and the elevator up one floor.

We book by appointment rather than running on volume, so your time slot is your time slot. That's often the real saving compared to a busier location closer to home.

Morpheus8 RF microneedling

Morpheus8 pairs microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered beneath the skin surface. The needles create controlled micro-injuries that set off collagen production; the RF energy heats the deeper tissue, which tightens the collagen already there and stimulates the body to build more.

It's what we reach for when someone wants real improvement in skin laxity, jawline definition, or acne scarring without surgery and without disappearing for two weeks. The lower face and jawline are where it earns its reputation.

What to expect: redness and a sandpaper-like texture for two to four days. Most people plan three sessions about a month apart. The collagen response keeps building for several months after the last one, so the final result is not what you see at week two.

Depth settings matter here more than most treatments, and they should be adjusted by area and by skin type rather than run at one setting across the whole face. On deeper skin tones, aggressive settings raise the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation — we build up gradually instead.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning uses a sterile blade held at an angle to shave away the outermost layer of dead skin along with the fine vellus hair — the soft, colorless hair the laser can't treat because it has no pigment.

Two things happen. The skin immediately looks brighter and reflects light differently, and makeup sits flat instead of catching on peach fuzz. It's the reason dermaplaning is the standard appointment before a wedding, a shoot, or anything where you'll be photographed up close.

It also lets serums and actives reach live skin instead of sitting on top of dead cells, so it pairs well as a first step before a peel or a facial.

There's no downtime. The hair grows back exactly as it was — it does not come back thicker or darker, which is the myth we spend the most time correcting. Vellus hair has no pigment and no capacity to become terminal hair because a blade passed over it.

We generally space it four weeks apart, which matches the skin's own turnover cycle.

Tuba has more than twenty years in medical aesthetics. Sabrina is our licensed esthetician and laser technician. It's a small practice on purpose — you see the same people each visit, and whoever treated you last remembers your settings and what you agreed to try next.

Sometimes a consultation ends with us saying the thing you asked for isn't the right thing for your skin. We'd rather have that conversation than take your money for something that won't work.

How long does Morpheus8 take to show results?

You'll see some tightening within a few weeks, but collagen remodeling continues for three to six months after the final session. Most people plan three sessions about a month apart. Results vary from person to person.

Does dermaplaning make hair grow back thicker?

No. Dermaplaning removes fine vellus hair at the surface. It has no effect on the follicle, and vellus hair cannot become coarse terminal hair because it was cut. It grows back exactly as it was.

Can I have Morpheus8 on darker skin?

Yes, with settings adjusted appropriately and a gradual build-up rather than aggressive depths at the first session. The risk to manage is post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and it's managed through settings and aftercare.
